I'm glad you're keeping up on this cos it's lovely to see where you are and what you're doing, or where you were andd what you did! You sound sad to be leaving the apple picking place, but tas looks a fabulous area - all those blue skies in the photos makes me envious. Swansea looks great - stay there cos your home town is one shitpit traffic jam, thanks to the morons in town planning - and all for a poxy bus - even if it does bend in the middle!!
See mums are allowed a rant too.

Hi Jamesy, first day of sunshine in Wales and what am I doing???? Sitting inside, enthralled by your blog!! Your trip sounds amazing and makes me feel like I need an adventure too. Please keep up the Blog because, for half an hour now and again, we can feel like we're there with you.
Right, I'm off to saddle up and stare at the strange round yellow thing hovering over PT.
Just one question, do you leave the pointy hats on them sand witches when you eat them or are they stripped first? They must have exotic taste in Tazmanian Swansea - no cheese & chips on Wind Street for you!

If I was you I'd be very careful about letting everyone know (mam!)how hard your working, it will be expected of you if or when you return. No more growing penicilling in your bedroom (have no idea how you spell that). I agree with other comments about you looking like a crusty hippy, let me know when you want me to sign you up to greenpeace- I'd be so proud!
